2. User Accounts

To use DriftMapper, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Be at least 13 years of age to create an account

3. Acceptable Use

When using DriftMapper, you agree not to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or deceptive workflow content
  • Use the service to spam, harass, or abuse communication channels
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the service without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Falsify attestations or gate readiness for any release

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using DriftMapper. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your workflow data as necessary to provide the service.

Our Content: All templates, designs, graphics, logos, and software provided by DriftMapper are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images, fonts, or other materials you upload to DriftMapper.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DriftMapper, you consent to:

  • Collection of release workflow and team data you provide
  • Storage of project, gate, and attestation records on our servers
  • Analysis of usage data to improve our service
  • Communication from us about your account and service updates

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Team information is shared only as necessary to operate your organization's workflows.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, DriftMapper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party systems, including identity providers, CI/CD tooling, or external messaging infrastructure.

7. Paid Services and Billing

DriftMapper may offer premium features or subscriptions. If you purchase paid services:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided only as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful. Upon termination, your right to use DriftMapper will immediately cease, and we may delete your content after a reasonable grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriftMapper and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes damages for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriftMapper from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or any law.

11. Changes to Terms
